Computer programming is no joke: that's how it seems to the uninitiated,
Insiders have a less reverent attitute,
They say that theFirst Law of computer programming
is as follows : Any given program when running is obsolete.
Second law: any given program costs more & takes longer eachtime it is run.
Third: If aprogram is useful,it will have to be changed.
Fourth: If a program is useless, it will have to be documented.
Fifth: Any given program will expand to fill all the available memory.
Sixth: The value of a program is inversely proportional to the weight of it output.
Seventh: Program complexity grows until it exceeds the capability of the programmer who must maintain it.
